An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join a rapidly growing ASX-listed gold company with a substantial resource base, active drilling programs and a clear pathway toward future production.
This is not a traditional FIFO geology role.
Reporting to the Exploration Manager, you will play a key role in driving resource growth, exploration success and project advancement across a portfolio of highly prospective gold assets in Western Australia. The position offers a unique blend of field leadership, technical interpretation, strategic planning and project development exposure.
Working across both site and Perth office environments, you will have the opportunity to influence exploration strategy, resource development and future operational outcomes as the business continues its growth trajectory.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years' experience across exploration, resource development and/or mining geology
- Strong geological interpretation, targeting and modelling skills
- Experience managing drilling programs and external contractors
- Demonstrated ability to work across both strategic and operational geology functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities
- Statutory Supervisor qualifications highly regarded (S26)

- Manage and supervise multi-rig RC and diamond drilling programs
- Identify and advance resource growth opportunities
- Exploration targeting and project generation.
- Geological interpretation and 3D modelling.

- Data validation, QA/QC and technical reporting.
- Supporting study workstreams as Bullabulling advances toward production.
