Our client is an ASX listed company currently seeking a well-qualified Trades Assistant for their Copper Mine in Western Australia.
Job Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work 12 hour days;
- Mechanical aptitude desirable (not essential);
- National police clearance;
- Must have a valid C class drivers license;
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
- Tickets Required: Working at Heights, Confined Spaces
- Machinery operating tickets - Bobcat, Skid Steer, Forklift, etc. (DESIRABLE)
Position Duties:
- General assisting to the Mechanical Fitter/Boilermakers/Machine Operators;
- Cleaning/tiding processing plant;
- Work closely with tools assisting the tradespersons.
Experience
Minimum 2 years mine site experience.
