Our client is a diversified mineral resource company dedicated to acquiring, exploring, evaluating, and developing precious metal properties. They currently require a Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent for their gold operations FIFO Roster 8-6.

Job Requirements:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role;
  • Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams;
  • Shutdown planning and management experience;
  • Experience using CMMS systems such as Pronto (desirable);
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills;
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence;
  • National Police Clearance.

Position Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve reliability and minimise breakdowns;
  • Oversee site maintenance planning and execution activities;
  • Lead and manage maintenance personnel and contractors;
  • Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain quality and production standards across maintenance functions;
  • Utilise maintenance systems and reporting tools effectively;
