Our client, operating in Western Australia, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with Schedule 26 (S26) qualifications to join their team. This is a DIDO role from Perth on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster, working 8-hour days with flexible working hours. A company Ute will also be supplied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse maintenance team while collaborating closely with operations teams to execute scheduled maintenance and project works;
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily work activities, setting clear performance standards for employees and contractors while maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce;
  • Ensure compliance across all fixed plant operations in accordance with the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulations 2022;
  • Support safe and efficient maintenance practices;

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Position Duties:

  • Certified Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor;
  • Electrical Trade Qualification;
  • Extensive supervisory experience within fixed plant processing;
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements under the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulations;
  • Proficient in computer-based maintenance management systems, with Pronto experience.
