Our client is an ASX-listed gold producer seeking experienced Labourers / Clean-Up Crew with Bobcat or Loader (CAT 988) experience and relevant tickets to join their processing plant team. This is a short-term assignment for approximately two weeks, commencing in the first week of August 2026. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient plant operations by supporting production teams and ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and hazard-free.
Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of working 12-hour shifts;
- Current National Police Clearance;
- Loader and IT tickets – essential;
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets – essential;
- Bobcat and Forklift tickets – essential;
- Mechanical aptitude – desirable but not essential;
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Position Duties:
- General labouring and clean-up duties throughout the processing plant;
- Assisting operators and maintenance personnel as required;
- Maintaining safe and tidy work areas through shovelling, hosing, washdowns, and waste removal;
- Operating loaders and bobcats as required;
- Adhering to all site safety procedures and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions;
- Supporting production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
