A Western Australian ASX-listed gold explorer, boasting a substantial high-grade gold deposit, is actively searching for a Processing Mill Foreman to join their Gold Project located in a major gold-producing district.

Requirements:

Sag and ball mill operational experience;
HR Drivers License;
Ability to lead and mentor the team;
Strong organizational skills and be able to think ahead;
High level of safety awareness.

Position Duties:

Ensuring crews meet targets set by management;
Maintain crews at desired manning levels;
Monitoring of equipment usage and conditions;
Direction of training and progression of personnel.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' as a shift supervisor.
