DO 18389 - Short Term ROM Loaders | Mining Employment Services

Our client, a leading Australian gold producer, developer, and explorer in Western Australia, is seeking 2 x experienced ROM Loader Operators for a short-term assignment from 6th – 20th April 2026.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining a ROM pad with multiple ore sources;
Nationally accredited tickets with proven Front End Loader operating experience;
Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (essential);
Ability to provide a National Police Clearance (within 6 months) meeting site requirements;
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role on a gold site;
Operate Hitachi 980 loaders.

Position Duties:

Conduct daily pre-starts, maintenance, and safety checks on equipment;
Maintain accurate material movement records using the Loadrite system;
Manage and remove tramp material from ROM crusher feed effectively.

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
