Our client, a well-regarded ASX-listed gold producer, is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join their team in Western Australia. This role is FIFO Perth on an 8:6 roster.

Job Requirements:

Lead and manage the onsite laboratory team, ensuring safe and efficient operations;
Oversee sample preparation, analysis, reporting, and QA/QC processes for gold and associated minerals;
Collaborate with operational teams to provide timely and reliable laboratory results;
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance;
Must have completed S26 course.

Position Duties:

Proven experience in a laboratory supervisory role, preferably within mining or metallurgical operations;
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, QA/QC procedures, and reporting standards;
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
Relevant qualifications in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or equivalent;
Practical experience with AAS;
Practical Aqua Regia and/or operating analytical equipment experience preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
