Our client, a respected mid-tier gold producer, is currently seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to join their team.

Located in the North-Eastern Goldfields of WA, this flagship operation is experiencing a premier phase of growth. Following a recent 120% surge in underground ore reserves and the ongoing development of a major new underground mine area, this long-life asset offers exceptional career stability.

You will be working with a state-of-the-art regional processing hub boasting a nominal throughput capacity of 5 Mtpa (expandable to 7.5 Mtpa for combined CIL processing), ensuring highly dynamic and engaging technical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room operations, and tailings management.
• Safety Champion: Foster a proactive safety culture on-site by conducting incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
• Production & Security: Ensure gold recovery optimization and strict site security protocols are maintained at all times.
• Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to support weekly planning and ensure strict compliance with production plans.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Process / Shift Supervisor within a gold processing facility (CIL/CIP experience highly regarded).
• Must possess valid Section 26 (S26) statutory qualifications
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of fostering positive, productive, and safety-first team cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and management teams.
