Our client, a well-established gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, is currently seeking an experienced Process Mill Supervisor to join their team. Must have S26 Cert. This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 2/1 roster; ASAP Start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room, and tailings management;
- Ensure gold recovery and site security protocols are maintained at all times;
- Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team culture;
- Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to meet performance targets;
- Champion safety on site – conduct incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and risk assessments;
- Collaborate with leadership to support weekly planning and ensure plan compliance.
Position Duties:
- Must have completed S26 course;
- Proven commitment to safety, performance, and team development;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated leadership experience in gold or base metal processing environments;
- Valid National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
Experience
