We are seeking an experienced Senior Open Pit Mining Engineer to take a key role in Drill & Blast operations, mine planning, design, and production support. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, this position will collaborate closely with operations, geology, and survey teams to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable mining outcomes across multiple open-pit projects.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (or related field).
- Experience in open-pit gold mining.
- Strong skills in mine design software (Deswik, Surpac, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Current WA Quarry Manager’s Certificate (or working towards).

- Develop and maintain short to medium-term mine plans and designs;
- Monitor and optimize production performance;
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers;
- Conduct pit optimization, scheduling, and cost analysis;
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards;
