What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering (with underground time completed)
- Experience with Deswik UGDB (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of underground drill & blast methods and stope design

Position Duties:
- Develop and deliver accurate, timely drill & blast plans to meet daily and weekly production targets;
- Provide technical support and clear instructions to Shift Supervisors and Mine Foremen on execution;
- Monitor stope performance, conduct back-analyses, and implement design improvements;
- Create stope designs to maximise safety, ore recovery, and economic efficiency;
- Conduct and document stope reconciliations, including variance reporting and performance analysis;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drill & blast practices and site standards;
- Collaborate with Geology, Survey, and Operations teams to ensure design accuracy and execution alignment;
- Support operational readiness and planning as part of the mine’s expansion and ramp-up phase;
