The Role

As a Mine Planning Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and execute mine plans that drive safe, productive outcomes.
  • Work closely with experienced professionals on both short-term scheduling and long-term optimisation projects.
  • Ensure mine plans integrate safety, ventilation, paste, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Support strategic infrastructure planning and liaise with operations to align planning with production targets.

Position Duties:

  • Create and communicate detailed mine schedules that align with operational goals;
  • Prepare development designs and instructions for the underground team.

  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure plans meet production targets.
