What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
- WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Strong underground engineering experience (gold preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in short-term planning
- Proficiency in Deswik, VentSim and Microsoft Office

Position Duties:
- Develop, optimise, and communicate mine schedules that support safe and efficient operations
- Deliver extraction plans that maximise recovery and return on investment
- Collaborate with the Production Team to align weekly and monthly scheduling priorities
- Design and issue development instructions to meet operational needs
- Incorporate ventilation, paste fill, infrastructure, and geotechnical requirements into planning
- Support infrastructure and optimisation projects that improve performance
