The company plans a program of more than 3,000m focused on three areas: infill and extension drilling at Sheoak, follow-up work at Myall and Sheoak North, and tests of strike and depth extensions at Bimba.
Auravelle said previous aircore drilling returned 8m at 1.0g/t gold at Myall and 10m at 1.4g/t gold to end of hole at Sheoak North. It also cited earlier RC intersections at Sheoak, including 21m at 3.1g/t gold from 54m.
The company expects the drilling program to take about two to three weeks, with assay results anticipated four to six weeks after completion. Managing director Andrew Muir said the recent aircore results indicated potential for further gold discoveries, a company view.
