Pursuit lifts Rio Grande Sur Probable Ore Reserve to 438,000 tonnes LCE

The addendum supplements the pre-feasibility study released in February 2026 and outlines an updated JORC 2012 Ore Reserve, an expanded production wellfield, a Stage 2 lithium carbonate expansion and staged lithium chloride alternatives across four development scenarios.

The company said the reserve, effective 20 October 2026, comprises approximately 438,000 tonnes LCE and supports an estimated mine life of about 27 years under a staged profile rising from 5,000 tonnes per annum LCE to about 17,500 tonnes per annum. No Inferred Mineral Resources are included in the Ore Reserve.

Under its modelled expansion cases, Pursuit reported a post-tax project NPV of US$1.086 billion and IRR of 26.2% for the 17,500 tonnes per annum lithium carbonate scenario, and an NPV of US$951 million and IRR of 27.1% for the equivalent lithium chloride scenario. These results are based on company modelling assumptions.
