Sinclair Gold has doubled the mineral resource at its Mt Henry Gold Project in Western Australia's Goldfields to 1.8 million ounces, while five rigs continue drilling beyond the updated resource footprint.
The 14 September update estimates 47.9 million tonnes at 1.2 grams per tonne gold. It adds 0.9 million ounces since Sinclair acquired the project in February 2026, with all growth coming from the Mt Henry and Selene deposits.
Higher-confidence resource grows
Measured and Indicated resources total 33.9 million tonnes at 1.2 grams per tonne for 1.3 million ounces, representing more than 70% of the project's contained gold.
The updated Mt Henry and Selene estimates use a 0.5 gram per tonne gold cut-off and are constrained within optimised pit shells using a gold price of A$3,900 per ounce. Approximately 1.6 million ounces, or 90% of the combined deposits' resource ounces, lie within 200 metres of surface. The mineral resource estimate is not an ore reserve or a production commitment.
Drilling targets further extensions
The update incorporates 20,426 metres of drilling to its 31 July cut-off, accounting for 41% of Sinclair's planned 50,000-metre program for 2026. Assays are pending from another 25 holes drilled outside the resource, and mineralisation at Mt Henry and Selene remains open along strike and at depth.
Drilling is planned to continue through the remainder of 2026, with another resource update expected before the end of the 2027 financial year. Sinclair reported cash of $38.2 million at 30 June 2026.
Mt Henry is approximately 20 kilometres south of Norseman and 220 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie. The continuing program makes drilling, geological interpretation and resource modelling a focus of activity at the project. The announcement does not confirm new vacancies or a recruitment timetable.
