Our client is seeking an experienced Labourer / Operator to join their team on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is an ongoing contract opportunity working in a dynamic site environment, assisting with plumbing, carpentry, dewatering, concreting, pipe laying, machine operation and general civil maintenance activities.
This role would suit someone hands-on, safety-focused and keen to build their experience within a mining environment. You will work as part of a site-based team supporting maintenance and infrastructure activities across the operation.

- Previous experience in a Labourer / Operator position;
- Experience within civil construction, maintenance, infrastructure or similar environments;
- Competent operating mini-excavators and other mobile plant is highly regarded;
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence;
- Relevant tickets and licences are advantageous;
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
Position Duties:
- Assist with general labouring and civil maintenance duties;
- Support plumbing, carpentry, dewatering, concreting, pipe laying and machine operation activities;
- Operate mobile plant and equipment where ticketed and authorised;
- Carry out maintenance, clean-up and site support tasks as required;
- Work safely within an active mining and maintenance environment;
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
- Follow site procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within civil construction, maintenance, infrastructure, or mining environments
