Latitude 66 Limited announced that the four exploration permits for its KSB Project in northern Finland are no longer subject to appeal. The Finnish Mining Authority granted the permits on 22 July 2026 for ground previously held under mining concessions.
The company said the Northern Finland Administrative Court had dismissed all appeals by 25 September 2026. It said the deadline to seek leave for a further appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court expired on 2 November 2026, and the court confirmed that no application had been lodged.
According to Latitude 66, the permits provide exploration and development rights and secure its priority right to apply for a mining permit over the KSB Project area. The company said it will continue progressing studies and exploration programs for the project.
