Our client, is a leading Australian gold explorer with one of the largest bank balances of any explorer on the ASX / tenure for two of the most exciting gold regions in WA and they are currently after a permanent well-experienced Pit Technician.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of safe mining and earthmoving practices;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen;
- National Police Clearance;
Position Duties:
- Grade control and sampling;
- Assisting with RC grade control drilling;
- Routine delivery of samples to laboratory, if required;
- Assist with production and assay data entry if required;
- Assist geologists with geological or geotechnical mapping duties where requested;
- Assist or carry out any other duties requested by the mine geologists, relevant to the resource definition or mining process, and within your capabilities.
