MES is currently seeking a Field Technician to join a successful and expanding gold mining company in their geology drilling campaigns.

Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of exploration activities
- Experience in camp set up and maintenance (Highly Regarded)
- RC Chip sampling and processing experience
- Must have a strong safety focus
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- First Aid certificate
- 4WD experience (desirable)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent record-keeping skills
Position Duties:
- Drill core processing, including metre marking, orientation marking, core cutting, sampling and organisation of core trays
- RC chip sampling and processing, including collection, washing, and storage
- Prioritising and processing drill core at the core yard across exploration programs, ensuring backlog is maintained
- Site and field support duties, including drill pad preparation, camp assistance, data entry, and other tasks as required
