Our client, a well-regarded ASX-listed gold producer, is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join their team in Western Australia. Ext Perth FIFO  8:6 roster ;

Job Requirements: 

  • Lead and manage the onsite laboratory team, ensuring safe and efficient operations;
  • Oversee sample preparation, analysis, reporting, and QA/QC processes for gold and associated minerals;
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide timely and reliable laboratory results;
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance;

Position Duties:

  • Proven experience in a laboratory supervisory role, preferably within mining or metallurgical operations;
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, QA/QC procedures, and reporting standards;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Relevant qualifications in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or equivalent;
  • Practical experience with AAS;
  • Practical Aqua Regia and/or operating analytical equipment experience preferred;
  • S26 course completed;
Experience
Minimum 3years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
