Position Duties:
- Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance to a high standard, following job plans and procedures.
- Diagnose faults, isolate issues, and contribute to reliability improvements (not just band-aid repairs).
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety interactions, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
- Complete work orders, parts requests, and maintenance reporting accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong housekeeping and compliance with site systems and isolation standards.
