Our client, an ASX-listed gold exploration and development company, is seeking a highly qualified Fixed Plant Electrician to join their team. FIFO Ext Perth on 8/6 Roster. 

Job Requirements:

  • Unrestricted WA electrical licence.
  • WA manuals driver’s licence.
  • Electrical Trade and High Voltage switching qualification.
  • Competent with reporting, completing electrical logs, and working on a work order system.
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment.

Position Duties:

  • Diagnose LV & HV power installations and conduct control system repairs, modifications, and adjustments.
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, as required.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures;
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of fixed plant electrical experience; in Gold Processing Plants.
