An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Mining Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team of a highly successful mid-tier gold producer. The company is widely regarded as one of the best-managed, highest-margin gold producers on the ASX.
The project is undergoing a massive expansion to lift processing capacity and boost gold production to over 150,000 ounces per year.

Backed by robust reserves and an expansive 4,000-square-kilometre tenement package, the site boasts a projected mine life approaching 10 years. This offers immense career stability. Site budgets won’t be suddenly slashed due to corporate financial strain; arguably, our client is the most financially resilient mid-tier miner in Australia

This is a pivotal operational leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, drive performance, and lead a high-performing mining function within a long-life operation. The company holds over $500 million AUD in cash and gold bullion with zero debt constraints. They are fully funded for growth through internal cash flow, eliminating any risk of funding shortfalls.
