Symal highlights resources experience and energy project pipeline

Symal Group released an investor presentation for Managing Director Joe Bartolo's appearance at the Morgans Noosa Conference on 15 October 2026. The company said the presentation covers its energy and resources activities, including more than 20 years in resources and more than 35 completed energy projects.

The company stated that its energy and resources work-in-hand and pipeline totalled $6.6 billion as at 30 June 2026, and described a $500 billion-plus addressable market. Symal cautioned that pipeline figures are based on reasonable grounds and assumptions and are not guaranteed.

Symal also said it had secured $200 million of contracts across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems and EV infrastructure, and received a notice to proceed for the $366 million Gawara Baya Wind Farm on 1 September 2026. The presentation said up to 17% of the project's base build could be captured by Symal across specified civil, concrete, precast, public-realm and high-voltage connection works.
