Our client is seeking an experienced Pit Technician to work for their rapidly growing gold company, which is well advanced in developing a new, large Western Australian open-pit mining project.
Job Requirements:
- National Police Clearance;
- Valid C Class Driver's License;
- Forklift License (desirable);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Someone who enjoys working in a team culture.
Position Duties:
- Ore spotting and managing ore movement;
- Grade control, sample pickup and dispatch;
- Blast hole mapping, marking up ore blocks and ROM stockpile management;
- QAQC – adding QAQC materials to sample dispatch.
Experience
