Our client, a well-established gold producer, developer, and explorer, who operate in Western Australia, are currently seeking an experienced Process Supervisor with S26 qualifications to join their team. This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 15/13 roster.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room, and tailings management;

Must have S26 qualifications;

Ensure gold recovery and site security protocols are maintained at all times;

Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team culture;

Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to meet performance targets;

Champion safety on site – conduct incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and risk assessments;
- Collaborate with leadership to support weekly planning and ensure plan compliance.
