Our client, an Australian company specialising in gold production, development, and exploration, is currently seeking an Experienced Handy-Man / Carpenter with strong practical skills in carpentry and general maintenance. Holds a valid Australian manual driver’s licence, strong organisational and communication abilities, and a proven ability to perform camp upgrades and handyman duties in mining or remote work environments. Short term role from the 12-1-2026 till the 26-1-2026;

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence (manual);

  • Carpentry qualification or demonstrated carpentry skills;

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen;

  • National Police Clearance and site clearance;

 

Position Duties:

  • Carpentry skills and experience installing structures (e.g., verandas, camp fittings);
  • General maintenance and handy-man duties;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team;
  • Experience in remote or mining camp environments;
