Our client an Australian gold producer with a strong growth outlook in WA's Eastern Goldfields is seeking a Mine Geologist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Underground Geologist who is seeking to obtain surface experience.
Requirements:
- Geology tertiary qualification;
- Competent using Vulcan and Acquire;
- Knowledge of sampling, assay and QAQC methodology.
Position Duties:
- Face mapping and sampling;
- Planning of sludge holes, sludge sampling and processing;
- Logging of drill core;
- Daily reporting;
- Plan and implement grade control activities;
- Exploratory drilling programs.
