MES is currently seeking a Supply Supervisor to lead their warehouse department. Our client is fast growing company who strive toward the production of high grade Sulphate of Potash.

The Supply Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the site warehouse operations and inventory management. 

Requirements:

  • Fork lift ticket;
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and management project delivery systems;
  • Competent using Pronto;
  • Solid understanding of change management processes.

Position Duties:

  • Freight Management: Oversee inbound/outbound freight, hot shots/air freight, vehicle unloading, manifest circulation, and freight account reconciliation;
  • Fuel Management: Administer fuel system, including receipting, reconciliation, infrastructure, and storage cells;
  • Warehouse Operations: Handle receiving, picking, putting away, reporting, and warehouse returns;
  • Dangerous Goods/Reagents: Manage storage, issuance, manual handling, and Chem Alert system maintenance;
  • Storage Optimization: Maintain and optimize physical and ERP storage locations;
  • Stock Management: Oversee min/max stock levels, MRP, stocktakes, and cycle counting.
