On behalf of our client, MES is seeking a Fixed Plant Fitter to join their team on a short term contract.
Our client is an ASX listed gold mining company which owns 100% of this WA Gold Mine, located in Austalia's most significant gold belt.
Job requirements:
Trade Certificate (Engineering Tradesperson - Mechanical)
Valid WA Manual Driver's License
Working at Heights & Confined Space (desirable)
You will need to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
Have a current National Police Clearance or be able to obtain one quickly
This role is open to West Australian's only due to COVID 19 restrictions.
Position Duties:
- Perform maintenance and repairs to fixed plant equipment.
- Diagnose faults, inspect and test machinery.
Experience
2+ years' experience working in mining as a mechanical fitter
