Our client has a new lithium project that is currently under construction to develop and produce battery-quality lithium hydroxide in Western Australia and they are after experienced Process Operators with Flotation experience. Their lithium hydroxide will be exported to international manufacturers to produce over 1 million electric vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a battery metals project that is driving the new energy sector in WA.
Job Requirements:
- Valid WA Driver's license and Manual license;
- First Aid certificate (Desirable);
- Working at Heights (Desirable);
- Confined Space Entry (Desirable);
- Operating SCADA and DCS, or equivalent, is desired.
Position Duties:
- Desired knowledge and experience in: Operating crushing, Dense medium separation, Milling, Flotation, Filtration circuits;
- Reviewing and improving standards and safe operating procedures for all processing production/operational tasks;
- Operate, sample and test the process plant as required;
- Participation in comprehensive shift handovers;
- Provide operational support (planning and execution) for plant outages and turn-arounds.
Experience
