Catalyst Metals said gold sold in the September 2026 quarter totalled 27,229 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost of A$3,512 per ounce. The company reported production of 22,231 ounces, saying lower staffing levels affected output, while cash increased by A$40 million after operating, corporate, capital and exploration costs.
The company said Trident and Old Highway gold production has been deferred from FY27 to FY28. It attributed the change to permitting delays at Old Highway and a delayed underground start and slower development ramp-up at Trident, while saying work continued to clarify the nearer-term production schedule.
Catalyst's FY27 guidance is 90,000 to 105,000 ounces of production, AISC of A$3,600 to A$4,100 per ounce, non-discretionary capital expenditure of A$30 million to A$40 million, growth capital expenditure of A$70 million to A$80 million and exploration expenditure of A$80 million to A$90 million.
At Plutonic, Catalyst reported A$80 million in cash generated from operations during the quarter after corporate costs, tax and working-capital movements. It said available liquidity at 30 September 2026 was A$571 million, comprising A$371 million in cash and bullion and a A$200 million undrawn corporate revolving facility.
