Tasmea cites BHP copper maintenance contracts in FY27 update

Tasmea said maintenance contracts worth more than $80 million had been won at BHP copper sites undergoing expansion. The company said its organic growth accelerated in the second half of FY26 and that it had made a strong start to FY27, with earnings de-risked through contract wins and pipeline conversion.

The company’s presentation cited upgraded FY27 guidance of $205 million to $210 million in underlying EBITA and $130 million to $133 million in underlying NPATA. Tasmea said the guidance reflects announced or completed acquisitions to date, including WorkPac, Maxim Group and JPS Group.

Tasmea reported FY26 underlying EBIT of $118.1 million, up 54% from $76.5 million in FY25, and underlying NPAT of $73.7 million, up 42% from the prior year. These are company-reported non-IFRS underlying measures.
