Minerals 260 targets up to $30m through share purchase plan

Minerals 260 targets up to $30m through share purchase plan

Minerals 260 said its share purchase plan opened on 28 September 2026 and is scheduled to close on 19 October 2026, subject to the company’s right to close the offer earlier if its targeted funds are raised.

The company is targeting up to approximately $30 million through the issue of up to 34,090,909 new shares under the plan. Minerals 260 said it may accept applications that raise more or less than the target amount, within ASX Listing Rules.

The shares are offered at $0.88 each, the same price as shares issued under the concurrent placement. Minerals 260 said the price represented no discount to its $0.88 closing share price on 11 September 2026 and a 3.5% premium to the preceding 10-day VWAP of $0.85.

Minerals 260 said the expected combined $280 million from the placement and share purchase plan, together with its stated royalty funding and existing cash balance, is intended to advance the Bullabulling Gold Project through development and into construction, support exploration and provide working capital.
