Maritana Minerals reported results from reverse-circulation drilling at its wholly owned Boorara Gold Project, 17km east of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The company said mineralisation below the planned Pit 4 floor remains open at depth, including 23m at 1.80g/t gold from 177m and 6m at 3.68g/t gold from 203m in hole BOORD260043.
The company also reported infill results below recently mined Pit 4, including 24m at 2.38g/t gold from 122m and 4m at 8.52g/t gold from 141m. Maritana said the 119-hole, 17,246m Boorara program has been completed, with assays reported for 67 holes so far.
Maritana said remaining assay results are expected in the December 2026 quarter and will be incorporated into an updated Boorara Mineral Resource Estimate, followed by pit optimisation. The company has targeted a mid-2027 mining restart at Boorara, while noting that forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance.
