Spring Hill test work delivers up to 99.4% gold extraction

Spring Hill test work delivers up to 99.4% gold extraction

19 August 2026 | Spring Hill, Northern Territory

PC Gold has reported gold extraction of up to 99.4% from metallurgical test work at its 100%-owned Spring Hill Gold Project near Pine Creek.

The result provides strong technical support for the processing workstream as PC Gold advances a pre-feasibility study around a proposed 3 million-tonne-per-annum CIL plant, supplied by a combination of open-pit and selective underground ore.

Why it matters

High recoveries can materially influence project economics, flowsheet design and operating assumptions. The result adds confidence to Spring Hill's development studies while the company continues to grow and upgrade the resource.

Project scale and next steps

Spring Hill hosts a global mineral resource of 1.51 million ounces of gold, including 1.0 million ounces in the indicated category. PC Gold is also running an additional 40,000-metre, four-rig drilling program through the remainder of 2026.

As the PFS progresses, the project may require further input across metallurgy, process design, test work, environmental approvals, mining studies and project delivery.
