Our client is an ASX-listed mineral company that holds advanced gold projects in Australia. They are currently sourcing an experienced Health, Safety, Environmental and Training Advisor to work on a WA Gold Mine.
Requirements:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline;
- Emergency Response Qualifications;
- Cert IV Training and Assessing;
- Experience in both Surface and Underground operations;
- Solid understanding of INX systems and ICAM investigations;
Position Duties:
- Support the management team in implementing safety standards and procedures, contributing to change management initiatives and business improvement projects;

- Engage and coach HSE Representatives, ensuring ongoing development of safe behavior initiatives;
- Lead by example, embodying company values, and demonstrate personal accountability for self-development and results;
- Coordinate safety reviews, incident investigations, and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices;
- Operate in accordance with the Company’s Environmental Policy, and comply with other site environmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. This includes minimizing waste generation and damage to the natural environment;
