Our client is an ASX-listed mineral company that holds advanced gold projects in Australia. They are currently sourcing an experienced Underground Trainer Assessor to work on a WA Gold Mine.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment;
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and managing external training relationships, including effective communication of needs and negotiation of prices;
- Experienced in analyzing and identifying individual and organizational training requirements;
- Sound understanding of INX modules (InTuition, InControl, Moodle);
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence;
Position Duties:
- Ensure operational staff competency through the design, delivery, and assessment of competency-based training;
- Develop company-wide, cost-effective training and development activities for high-quality outcomes;
- Provide, maintain, and improve training materials to meet national standards for underground metalliferous mining and operations;
- Actively promote a positive safety culture and demonstrate a clear commitment to health and safety;
- Operate in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, actively participating in continuous improvement and responsible environmental management;
Experience
