Our client is looking for Newly Qualified Trades People who are willing to down tools and undertake a 6-month fast track safety leadership program. Successful applicants will be provided nationally recognised Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Training and Statutory Supervisory Training in Mine Site WHS Requirements over a 6-month period.
Job Requirements:
- Professional ticket or similar qualification demonstrating completing a multi-year commitment;
- A positive attitude and the ability to speak up;
- Career focused with the willingness to learn new skills;
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Word/PowerPoint;
- Eligibility to work in WA;
- Able to pass any site physical fitness requirements and drug & alcohol testing.
Position Duties:
- You will work as a Construction Site Safety Advisor under close supervision from experienced Senior Safety Managers;
- You will be mentored throughout your journey and will have access to the best-in-class safety management systems;
- Purpose of the program is develop the Construction Supervisors of tomorrow;
- Taking time out to fast track your safety qualifications and work directly alongside Supervisors and Construction Managers.
