They support major miners and contractors through integrated survey, mapping, digital, and advisory capabilities across the full asset lifecycle, from exploration and development through to operations and closure.
The Position
The Program Director – Mining (Sales & Growth) is accountable for driving enterprise‑level revenue growth across the Australian mining portfolio. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, strengthens executive‑level client relationships, and identifies new growth opportunities by aligning our end‑to‑end geospatial solutions with the evolving needs of mining clients nationwide.
Position Duties:
- Own and deliver Mining sector sales targets in line with the Woolpert APAC VS3 strategic plan.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining accounts across Australia.
- Develop and execute enterprise account growth plans that increase share of wallet and establish multi-year mining programs.
- Drive end-to-end sales activity from pipeline creation through to deal closure, with a strong emphasis on strategic growth and margin discipline.
- Lead bid / no-bid decisions for mining opportunities in alignment with strategic fit, margin expectations, and delivery capability.
- Position and promote integrated mining solutions spanning survey, geospatial mapping, automated data capture, digital platforms, and advisory services.
- Lead executive-level client discussions and workshops to shape long-term mining programs and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with operational and delivery leaders to ensure sales commitments align with capability, resourcing, and client outcomes.
- Maintain strong awareness of mining market trends, client strategies, and relevant technology ecosystems.
