About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading underground mining crews including drillers, operators, and service personnel while ensuring safe and efficient operations;
Key Requirements
- Current WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency or directly transferable Practising Certificate (Section 26)
- Demonstrated experience supervising underground hard rock mining operations
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to safety and team development
- Equipment operating experience will be highly regarded
