Our client, a gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, operates within two distinct project areas in Western Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Process Leading Hand for their gold operations. FIFO Perth Roster 14/14;
Job Requirements:
- NPC within the last 6 months;
- Strong leadership skills and leading by example;
- Background in gold or base metals processing;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective and inclusive working relationships;
- Ability to create a positive team working environment;
Position Duties:
- Gold recovery and security;
- Monitoring crushing, processing, gold room, tailings dams;
- Train and mentor your team;
- Coordinate the shift crew;
- Lead in the workplace to achieve processing targets safely & efficiently;
- Conduct incident investigations, daily pre-start meetings and participate in risk identification;
- Contribute to the weekly planning process and ensure that compliance with the plan is maximized.
Experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
