Our client is an Australian gold producer, developer and explorer in WA and they are currently after a Process Operator. They continue to explore, discover and pursue opportunities on its path to becoming a long term, sustainable and profitable mineral producer recognized for delivering value to all its stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s license;
- Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable);
- Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights Tickets (desirable);
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment;
- Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite.
Position Duties:
- Operate all processing plant - Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Gold Room and Tails Storage Facility;
- Operate the forklift, EWP, IT, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner;
- Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair;
- Develop and participate in toolbox meetings, investigations;
- Ensure that the treatment plant is operated in accordance with task instructions and operational parameters.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
