Our client, a gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, operates within two distinct project areas in Western Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Process Operator for their gold operations.
Job Requirements:
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s license;
- Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable);
- Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights Tickets (desirable);
- Forklift License (desirable);
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment;
- Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite.
Position Duties:
- Operate all processing plant - Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Gold Room and Tails Storage Facility;
- Operate the forklift, EWP, IT, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner;
- Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair;
- Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
