Our client is a global critical minerals company with industry experience in exploration, project development, mining, processing and they are seeking a Metallurgist for a short term contract.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
- Mineral Sands Experience (REQUIRED);
- Current WA manual driver’s license;
- Current Nation Police Clearance (within 6 months);
- High-level skills working with sitech systems experience.
Position Duties:
- Conduct daily met duties, daily reporting, data analysis trends,
- Regularly review plant performance against plan and investigate and report on variation to production targets - daily;
- Ensure collection and reporting of plant data is maintained through quality systems and data entry is completed as per requirements.
Experience
2+ years experience in a mineral sands environment.
