Our client, a well-regarded ASX-listed gold producer, is seeking an experienced Process Operator to join their team.
Job Requirements:
- WA C-class driver's license;
- Experience or willingness to work as part of a large processing team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Bobcat / Loader / Forklift tickets required;
- Working at Heights / Confined Space - required;
- First Aid qualifications - desirable.
Position Duties:
- Operate all processing plant - Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Gold Room, Paste Plant and Tails Storage Facility;
- Operate IT loader, skid steer, forklift and power tools in a safe and correct manner;
- Develop and participate in toolbox meetings, investigations, training;
- Assist with the implementation of, and contribute to audits;
- Ensure consistent achievement of budgeted production performance - tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery;
- Ensure that the treatment plant is operated in accordance with task instructions and operational parameters.
