Key Responsibilities:
- Lead processing operations with strong, visible safety leadership;
- Drive production performance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and operators;
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise site performance;
About You:
You’re a proven processing leader with strong technical capability and a collaborative leadership style. You’re comfortable in a site-based environment and can balance safety, people leadership, and production outcomes;
Position Duties:
- Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related discipline;
- Extensive experience in gold processing operations;
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and strong WHS leadership;
- Experience managing budgets, operating plans, and performance metrics;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
Experience
Minimum 5+ years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
