Our client is a well-established Australian gold producer with significant operations across Western Australia. They are currently seeking an experienced Process Manager to join one of their established site-based gold operations on a FIFO from Perth roster.

The operation forms part of a broader WA gold business with substantial processing capacity, long-life underground feed sources, and continued investment in production growth and operational improvement.

About You:
You are a proven processing leader with strong technical capability and a collaborative leadership style. You are comfortable in a site-based environment and able to balance safety, people leadership, and production outcomes across a busy gold processing operation.
Position Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in gold processing operations
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and strong WHS leadership
- Experience managing budgets, operating plans, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
