Our client, an ASX-listed gold exploration and development company, is seeking a highly qualified Fixed Plant Mechanical (Fitter) Supervisor to join its team. FIFO Ex Perth on 8:6 roster.

Job Requirements:

Relevant Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate – Certificate III of Engineering Mechanical.
Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training.
Minimum 2 Years in a supervisory position (Desirable).
Strong Communication and Leadership Style.
Valid C class driver's license (HR Desirable);
Able to pass a full medical including a lab drug & alcohol.
Able to provide a clean national police clearance.
High Risk Work Licence (Desirable).
Working at Heights (Desirable).
Experience with Maintenance Management Systems.

Position Duties:

  • Lead the Fixed Plant Maintenance team to deliver high equipment availability aligned with production and processing targets.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is executed in compliance with statutory obligations, company standards, and the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations.
  • Implement reliability improvement and defect-elimination programs to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Supply teams to align maintenance priorities and minimise unplanned downtime.
Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
